The Care Network, administered by Anthem, stands for “Confidential Assistance and Resources for Everyone.” The Care Network is available to all eligible Employees and Family Members, whether or not they are enrolled in the Costco Employee Benefits Program. In fact, you can even continue to access Care Network services for up to 60 days after you have terminated employment.
This Employee Assistance program is designed to help you and your family deal with personal and relationship issues that may affect your life or ability to perform your job. These may include, for example, concerns related to family or parenting, relationships, stress, legal and financial issues, alcohol and drug use, and work.
Our program allows for up to six visits with a counselor for each event – and there’s no cost!
In addition the Care Network can help with day to day challenges like finding a plumber, home repair, child and elder care referrals and much more.
