Weight Watchers®
Costco is joining with Weight Watchers to offer eligible Costco employees a discount on select Weight Watchers programs. We are offering the discounted rate for In Community meetings and the Weight Watchers Online subscription.
Eligibility
All Costco employees. Your spouse and dependents over 18 who are enrolled for coverage in the health plan are also eligible to take advantage of the Weight Watchers discounted programs.
Monthly Pass
Prepay for the new Monthly Pass to attend meeting in your own community:

- Free eTools, Weigh Watchers Internet weight-loss companion with interactive tools
- Only $29.96 per month with Costco Discount
- Register now, and receive the first month for only $14.96
To purchase the monthly pass, call: 1-866-454-1694. You will need your 6-digit number Costco Employee number and you location number. Monthly Pass automatically renews each month at the standard monthly plan fee until you cancel.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: The Monthly Pass Program is not available at all locations. Non-participating locations will be offered a reimbursement program instead of a monthly pass program. Click here to access a list of non-participating locations and for more information about the reimbursement program. You will be advised that you are in a non-participating location at the time you call to order vouchers.
Online Subscription
With an Online subscription, you can follow Weight Watchers step by step online, with interactive tools and resources such as a weight tracker, progress charts, restaurant guides and hundreds of recipes and meal ideas. A 3-month subscription costs $55.00. A one-year subscription costs $166.70.
