Paperless W-2s

Access to W-2 forms are now available through ePayroll. Rather than waiting for a paper version, employees can sign up now to receive a paperless W-2 as early as mid-January. Once enrolled, you will not receive a paper copy. Addtional benefits include:

• The ability to save a PDF copy to your computer
• Secure delivery
• Access to past W-2s from 2011 to present
• A more environmentally friendly option

Enrollment for paperless W-2s can be completed by logging into ePayroll and clicking on W-2 Services. Follow the prompts to complete sign-up.
